Bisogna perci\u00f2 fare attenzione agli zuccheri o carboidrati: un rapido aumento dei livelli di glucosio nel sangue favorisce la progressione delle complicanze del diabete, come alcune <strong>patologie a carico di occhi, reni, sistema cardiovascolare e nervoso<\/strong>.<\/p><ul><li>Uno dei cibi che in natura contiene zucchero (fruttosio) \u00e8 <strong>la frutta<\/strong> e le opinioni su quali frutti si possano mangiare o meno in caso di diabete sono davvero numerose e, a volte, anche contrastanti. Quello che possiamo affermare con sicurezza \u00e8 che <strong>sconsigliare il consumo di frutta alle persone affette da diabete \u00e8<\/strong> <strong>indubbiamente sbagliato<\/strong>.<\/li><li>La frutta contiene <strong>preziosi micronutrienti<\/strong> (<strong>vitamine, sali minerali, antiossidanti<\/strong>) ed \u00e8, inoltre, <strong>un\u2019ottima fonte di fibra<\/strong>: una dieta bilanciata prevede il consumo di <strong>due porzioni di frutta fresca al giorno<\/strong>. Anche la dieta mediterranea, riconosciuta come patrimonio dell\u2019Unesco, prevede il consumo di una-due porzioni di frutta fresca ad ogni pasto principale.<\/li><\/ul><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/jingold.do.devhoop.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/frutta-piatto.jpg\" \/>Tuttavia, i diabetici devono fare attenzione alla quantit\u00e0 e al tipo di frutta che consumano, perch\u00e9 gli zuccheri agiscono anche in relazione agli altri nutrienti del frutto, come nel caso dei kiwi, che sono ricchi di fibre e vitamina C. Per questo \u00e8 opportuno mettere in atto alcuni utili accorgimenti per tenere sotto controllo il livello di glucosio.<\/p><h4>Che frutta si pu\u00f2 mangiare con il diabete?<\/h4><p>Sapere quanto zucchero contiene la frutta che si ha intenzione di mangiare \u00e8 fondamentale per controllare bene il diabete. In generale, \u00e8 consigliabile <strong>non superare i 300 grammi di frutta al giorno<\/strong>.<\/li><li>In secondo luogo, bisogna <strong>mangiare la frutta sempre a stomaco pieno<\/strong>, dopo pranzo o dopo cena, per abbattere l\u2019indice glicemico, cio\u00e8 la capacit\u00e0 degli zuccheri di un alimento di innalzare la glicemia nel sangue.<\/li><\/ul><p><a href=\"https:\/\/shop.jingold.it\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/jingold.do.devhoop.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/compositOK.png\" \/><\/a><\/p><h4><strong>Vantaggi del kiwi nella dieta dei diabetici<\/strong><\/h4><p>Un frutto vantaggioso per il diabete, e ultimamente anche molto studiato, \u00e8 proprio <strong>il kiwi<\/strong>.<\/p><ul><li>In particolare, i <strong>kiwi <\/strong>maturi sono costituiti prevalentemente da <strong>acqua<\/strong> e <strong>zuccheri solubili<\/strong>, vincolati dalle pareti cellulari e dal turgore del frutto. Circa <strong>l&#8217;84%<\/strong> del peso secco (cio\u00e8 disidratato, privo di acqua) del kiwi \u00e8 costituito da zuccheri solubili disponibili sotto forma di glucosio, fruttosio e saccarosio. <strong>L&#8217;indice glicemico del kiwi<\/strong>, cio\u00e8 la capacit\u00e0 dei suoi zuccheri di alzare la glicemia nel sangue, <strong>\u00e8<\/strong> relativamente <strong>basso<\/strong>, grazie al suo <strong>elevato contenuto di acqua, fibre<\/strong> e soprattutto perch\u00e9 questi zuccheri sono \u201c<strong>imbrigliati<\/strong>\u201d <strong>nelle fibre\/cellule vegetali del frutto<\/strong>. Tuttavia, la quantit\u00e0 di zuccheri totali e i rapporti di questi zuccheri possono variare non solo in funzione della maturit\u00e0, ma anche con la variet\u00e0 dei kiwi stessi (es. I kiwi gialli e rossi contengono meno zuccheri del pi\u00f9 comune kiwi verde).<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Studi sull\u2019uomo hanno dimostrato che <strong>le fibre del kiwi<\/strong> hanno una notevole <strong>capacit\u00e0 di ritardare la miscelazione e la diffusione\/assorbimento del glucosio<\/strong>. Il consumo di questo frutto pu\u00f2, quindi, conferire una <strong>protezione contro i disturbi legati alla velocit\u00e0 di assorbimento degli zuccheri<\/strong>, <strong>contrastando il rapido aumento della curva glicemica postprandiale <\/strong>(dopo il pasto). Per questo l\u2019indice glicemico del kiwi \u00e8 considerato medio-basso: se misurato nell&#8217;uomo, \u00e8 inferiore a quello calcolato dai soli indici glicemici dei suoi zuccheri costituenti in vitro.<\/li><li>La <strong>fibra alimentare del kiwi<\/strong> pu\u00f2 avere un <strong>ruolo protettivo<\/strong> aggiuntivo <strong>contro le conseguenze aterosclerotiche dell&#8217;iperglicemia o del diabete<\/strong>, riducendo l&#8217;assorbimento di lipidi (grassi) e acidi biliari. <strong>Il kiwi<\/strong>, in tutte le sue variet\u00e0, \u00e8 quindi un frutto <strong>assolutamente consigliabile per la dieta dei diabetici<\/strong> e per quella di <strong>chi soffre di alterata glicemia a digiuno<\/strong>. Poich\u00e9 i potenziali effetti <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jingold.it\/kiwi-proprieta-e-benefici\/\"><strong>benefici del kiwi<\/strong><\/a> continuano ad essere molto studiati, possiamo aspettarci ulteriori evidenze scientifiche in futuro sul contributo del consumo di kiwi per la salute dell\u2019uomo in generale, non solo per il diabete.
