Que faire alors pour assurer une rentr\u00e9e positive ? Faire le point et savoir clairement o\u00f9 nous en sommes de notre parcours et des objectifs que nous nous sommes fix\u00e9s permet de se concentrer sur ce qui est vraiment important, en \u00e9vitant les distractions inutiles. -Consacrer du temps \u00e0 l'activit\u00e9 physique : si vous n'avez pas fait de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jingold.it\/10-sport-per-tenersi-in-forma-anche-in-vacanza\/\">sports pendant vos vacances,<\/a> de sieste et de bronzage, il est temps de se remettre en selle !
