Hemos elaborado para ustedes 5 buenos h\u00e1bitos para comenzar justo en septiembre y mantener durante todo el a\u00f1o: -Revisar los propios objetivos: \u00bfen qu\u00e9 punto estamos con la lista de objetivos elaborada en enero? \u00bfEn qu\u00e9 debemos concentrarnos m\u00e1s? Examinar y tener bien presente en qu\u00e9 punto estamos con nuestro recorrido y los objetivos que nos hemos fijado ayuda a mantener el foco en las cosas realmente importantes, evitando distracciones innecesarias. -Dedicar tiempo a la actividad f\u00edsica: si no han practicado ninguna <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jingold.it\/10-sport-per-tenersi-in-forma-anche-in-vacanza\/\">deporte durante sus vacaciones,<\/a> limit\u00e1ndose a hacer la siesta y tomar el sol, \u00a1es hora de volver a ponerse en marcha!
