However, we don't always manage to tackle it on the right foot: the holidays that have just ended often leave a trail of melancholy or reflections arising during this period of rest; resuming full steam ahead with study or work can therefore become really difficult. So what can we do to ensure a positive comeback? We have compiled 5 good habits for you to start in September, and to maintain throughout the year: -Review your goals: where do we stand with the list of goals drawn up in January? What should we focus on most? Reviewing and being clear about where we are with our path and the goals we have set helps to keep the focus on what is really important, avoiding unnecessary distractions. -Dedicate time to physical activity: if you have not done any <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jingold.it\/10-sport-per-tenersi-in-forma-anche-in-vacanza\/\">sports during your holiday,<\/a> by just taking naps and sunbathing, it's time to get back on track! Whether it's simple walks or gym sessions, the important thing is to keep moving, to promote the well-being of body and mind. -Travelling... even behind the house: during the holidays we have the time and opportunity to discover new places, cultures and traditions... but travelling is a good habit that should be cultivated all year round! And there is no need to travel far: by moving just a few kilometres from our home we can rediscover small villages, the countryside or cultural treasures right under our noses. And it matters little if the trip only lasts a few hours: every time, the feeling of having received new stimuli will always be priceless! -Spend quality time: \u201cwe are the average of the five people we spend the most time with\u201d, says a saying. So, let us choose carefully who we hang out with and with whom we spend our free time. In order to improve our lives and start off with zest, we avoid people prone to complaining or excessive negativity. -Take care of our diet: after so many aperitifs and dinners by the sea with friends and family, it is time to return - or start - adopting healthy eating habits: no prohibitive diets, but a real long-term regime, functional for our organism and our psyche. Among the foods we should favour, in addition to abundant doses of vegetables, pulses and unrefined foods, we should remember to eat small portions of fruit, preferably away from meals.
