Did you know that the human body is approximately 60% water? One of the main rules for our well-being, especially in the summer months, is to drink plenty of water, at least 1.5 litres a day. Drinking plenty of water encourages the elimination of all waste substances and toxins, makes the skin firmer and brighter, promotes muscle development and the proper functioning of our organs. But in our hectic days, we too often forget to provide our bodies with the right amount of water!
