The Treatment and Personal Data

The processing of data generated by the use of the website takes place at the registered office of the Data Controller and/or by the processors potentially appointed by the Data Controller.

Navigation Data The systems responsible for the website's operation acquire, during their normal functioning, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. Regulatory principles
The processing of personal data will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and essentiality, and will be carried out with the utmost respect for the limitation of purposes and the minimisation of data retention. Navigation within the website, as well as manual paper-based and computer-electronic processing, have been organised according to the fundamental principles of data protection regulations:

Personal data is only retained if the purpose of processing cannot reasonably be achieved by other means. Personal data is also deleted as soon as the purpose for its use has been fulfilled.;
- purpose of use: the purposes for processing personal data are those already indicated in the relevant paragraph. Any new data processing, if unrelated to the stated purposes, shall only be activated after new information has been provided to the data subject;
- Principle of verifiability: personal data are accurate and kept up to date. They are also organised and stored in such a way as to give the data subject the possibility, if they wish, to know what information has been collected and recorded, to check its quality and to request its correction, integration, de-indexing from search engines, cancellation due to unlawful processing or objection to processing, and to exercise all other rights, in accordance with and within the limits of EU Regulation 2016/679, by sending the request to the following email: info@jingold.it
- Security principle: personal data are protected by technical, IT, organisational, logistical, and procedural security measures against the risks of destruction or loss, even accidental, and against unauthorised access or unlawful processing. These measures are updated periodically in line with technical progress, the nature of the data, and the specific characteristics of the processing, are constantly monitored, and are verified over time.
Treatment modalities
Data is collected in two ways: direct manual recording between an employee and/or representative and the user, and recording via email and the websites www.jingold.it and corporate.jingold.it.
Treatments may be carried out using paper and/or digital tools, always guaranteeing the utmost confidentiality, relevance, and non-excessiveness with respect to the purposes described above. The Data Controller assumes no responsibility for the rules and methods of personal data management adopted by websites external to that of the Company Jingold S.p.A. but accessible from the digital pages via links and references.
VI. USER RIGHTS

VII. COMMUNICATION TO NON-EU COUNTRIES AND INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATIONS

Please note that the communication of processed data to third countries OUTSIDE the EU or to international organisations will only take place when at least one of the following conditions is met: there are binding corporate rules; or there is a legitimate interest of the data controller.
