Kiwi and spinach smoothie

Ingredients

for 2 people

  • 3 kiwifruit
  • 1 apple
  • 1 bunch of fresh spinach
  • 1 glass of cold water
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • ice as desired

Preparation

Peel the apple and kiwi, chop them into small pieces and blend them. Add the fresh spinach leaves, taking care to choose the tenderest ones, pour in the honey and cold water. Once you have achieved a smooth, liquid consistency, add a few ice cubes to the blender and serve.
