In agriculture, climate change isn't a future threat, but a tangible reality. Here's how we are committed, every day, to reducing its impact:
Integrated defence We will drastically reduce pesticides by favouring biological control, predatory insects and crop rotation, in full compliance with regional guidelines.
Drip irrigation We use modern systems that deliver water directly to the root. Maximum efficiency, zero waste.
Clean energy Our facilities utilise photovoltaic energy for refrigeration and packaging. We produce over 700,000 kWh per year, saving 300 tonnes of CO2: the equivalent of the weight of 15 trucks of kiwifruit!

Jingold supports the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI) that recognises international trade as an essential vehicle for people's prosperity and social economic growth. To honour the concrete commitment regarding legality, safety, product wholesomeness, transparency, sustainability and respect for the individual, Jingold has adopted a code of ethics that encompasses all fundamental principles and guidelines governing conduct.
