Una dieta equilibrata e varia \u00e8 sempre importante per la tutela della nostra salute, ma lo diventa ancor di pi\u00f9 per la donna in gravidanza. Quando si parla di alimentazione in gravidanza, ci si focalizza troppo spesso solo sulle restrizioni: evitare caffeina, sospendere il fumo di sigaretta se si \u00e8 fumatrici, evitare le bevande alcoliche, non mangiare carne e pesce crudi, evitare insaccati, ecc. La gravidanza \u00e8 certamente una fase delicata della vita della donna ed \u00e8 importante, durante questo periodo, mantenere un buon equilibrio alimentare.<\/p><ul><li>Perci\u00f2, nella dieta della donna in gravidanza non devono mai mancare frutta e verdura fresche. Frutta e verdura di stagione apportano, infatti, importanti micronutrienti, come vitamine, sali minerali, ma anche antiossidanti e fibre.<\/li><li>\u00c8 quindi fondamentale, per la donna in dolce attesa, consumare quotidianamente due o tre porzioni di frutta (300-450 grammi al giorno). In questi casi, un frutto particolarmente interessante \u00e8 <strong>il kiwi<\/strong>, <strong>contenente vitamina C, vitamine del gruppo B, vitamine E e K e minerali quali Potassio e Ferro.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><h2>Kiwi nel 1\u00b0 trimestre di gravidanza<\/h2><p>Nei primi tre mesi di gestazione, i nutrienti del kiwi che aiutano la donna e il bambino sono:<\/p><ol><li><strong>Acido folico (Vitamina B9).<\/strong> Quando si pianifica una gravidanza e durante il primo trimestre di gestazione, \u00e8 raccomandata la supplementazione con acido folico. Poich\u00e9 i pi\u00f9 comuni e gravi difetti congeniti insorgono proprio tra il concepimento e l\u20198\u00aa-12\u00aa settimana di gravidanza, \u00e8 necessario che tale integrazione vitaminica inizi almeno un mese prima del concepimento e che prosegua per tutto il primo trimestre. Per questo, prevedere nell\u2019abituale dieta della futura mamma due kiwi, verde, giallo o rosso, che contengono discrete quantit\u00e0 di folati, \u00e8 sicuramente utile per la donna e il proprio bambino.<\/li><\/ol><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong>Vitamina C.<\/strong> L\u2019acido ascorbico (vit. C) \u00e8 vitale per la formazione dei neurotrasmettitori del feto, che sono fondamentali per la corretta funzione cerebrale. Inoltre, gli alimenti ricchi di vitamina C, come i kiwi, proteggono la futura mamma dagli effetti dannosi dei radicali liberi grazie alla loro azione antiossidante. Una porzione da 150 g di kiwi verdi copre pi\u00f9 del 100% della quota relativa all\u2019assunzione di riferimento (PRI) di vitamina C per le donne incinte <em>(VNR, Valori Nutrizionali di Riferimento, ricavati dai DRV EFSA 2019)<\/em>. La vitamina C fa bene alla donna incinta anche perch\u00e9 aiuta l&#8217;assorbimento del ferro dagli alimenti, minerale particolarmente importante per prevenire l&#8217;anemia <em>(durante e anche dopo la gravidanza)<\/em>. Buoni livelli di ferro fanno ovviamente bene anche al bambino.<\/li><\/ol><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/jingold.do.devhoop.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/1-gravidanza.jpg\" \/><\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li><strong>Il calcio \u00e8 fondamentale per la formazione di ossa e denti<\/strong>, ma non solo. Corretti apporti di calcio sono importantissimi anche per <strong>l<\/strong>o sviluppo dei muscoli e del cuore del bambino, oltre che per l\u2019organismo della futura mamma in generale: per questo il fabbisogno di calcio in gravidanza aumenta da 1000 mg a 1200 mg al giorno. Quando la donna incinta non assume abbastanza calcio attraverso l\u2019alimentazione, il suo organismo lo preleva dallo scheletro, riducendo cos\u00ec la massa ossea <em>(fattore potenzialmente pericoloso per quando la donna andr\u00e0 in menopausa, una condizione che porta a un\u2019ulteriore diminuzione della massa ossea, aumentando il rischio di osteoporosi)<\/em>. Non bisognerebbe quindi rinunciare a latte e derivati, principali fonti alimentari di calcio altamente assimilabile, ma, in caso di intolleranza al lattosio o se si preferiscono mangiare fonti vegetali di calcio, \u00e8 utile ricordare che una porzione di kiwi medio da 150 g apporta 38 mg di calcio <em>(banca dati CREA, Centro di Ricerca Alimenti e Nutrizione)<\/em>.<\/li><\/ol><h2>Kiwi nel 2\u00b0 trimestre di gravidanza<\/h2><p><strong>Nel secondo trimestre di gestazione, i nutrienti del kiwi particolarmente benefici per la futura mamma sono:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li><strong>Fibra alimentare. <\/strong>Grazie all\u2019elevato tenore in fibre, il kiwi pu\u00f2 aiutare a mantenere la regolarit\u00e0 intestinale e contrastare la stitichezza. La gravidanza, infatti, pu\u00f2 causare alla donna una serie di problemi intestinali, soprattutto la stipsi, a causa dei livelli pi\u00f9 alti di ormoni che rallentano la digestione e rilassano i muscoli intestinali. Una porzione da 150 g di kiwi gialli copre circa il 16% dei livelli di assunzione giornalieri (AI) di fibra raccomandati per le donne incinte <em>(SIGO 2018 &#8211; Societ\u00e0 Italiana di Ginecologia e Ostetricia)<\/em>.<\/li><\/ol><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong>Potassio e Magnesio<\/strong>. In gravidanza, il fabbisogno nutrizionale giornaliero di questi due preziosi minerali aumenta notevolmente: \u00e8 stimato, infatti, un aumento che varia tra il 25% e il 50% rispetto al normale. Potassio e magnesio aiutano la donna in dolce attesa a tenere sotto controllo i vari cambiamenti del corpo e diventano alleati nel favorire una corretta crescita del bambino e nel ridurre i rischi di parto pretermine. <strong>Nel kiwi troviamo soprattutto potassio, che in gravidanza migliora l\u2019attivit\u00e0 muscolare<\/strong>, compresa quella cardiaca e relativa alla pressione sanguigna, assicura un umore pi\u00f9 stabile, riduce la fastidiosa sensazione di stanchezza e spossatezza ed \u00e8 utile anche per contrastare le prime irregolarit\u00e0 intestinali, che compaiono proprio in questa fase. Una porzione da 150 g di kiwi verde copre circa il 17% dei livelli di assunzione giornalieri (AI) di potassio raccomandati per le donne incinte <em>(VNR, Valori Nutrizionali di Riferimento, ricavati dai DRV EFSA 2019)<\/em>.<\/li><\/ol><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/jingold.do.devhoop.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/2-gravidanza.jpg\" \/><\/p><h2>Kiwi nel 3\u00b0 trimestre di gravidanza<\/h2><p><strong>Nell\u2019ultimo trimestre di gestazione, il kiwi favorisce la buona salute della futura mamma perch\u00e9 contiene:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li><strong>Energia e zuccheri sani<\/strong>. In questo trimestre, occorre iniziare a fare particolare attenzione al diabete gestazionale. Si tratta di un tipo di diabete che pu\u00f2 insorgere dal 5\u00b0-6\u00b0 mese di gravidanza e, di solito, si risolve spontaneamente al momento del parto, ma pu\u00f2 comportare sequele importanti per il nascituro. Solitamente, alle donne incinte viene consigliato di evitare gli zuccheri semplici<em> (es. dolci e zucchero in genere)<\/em> e di mangiare frutta a basso indice glicemico. <strong>I kiwi, grazie al loro elevato tenore in acqua, hanno un indice glicemico pi\u00f9 basso rispetto a molti altri frutti<\/strong>: 100 g di kiwi contengono solo l\u2019equivalente di 1 cucchiaino di glucosio. Ci\u00f2 significa che il frutto non far\u00e0 aumentare significativamente i livelli di zucchero nel sangue, soprattutto se assunto a stomaco pieno, cio\u00e8 a fine pasto. \u00c8 tuttavia dolce al palato e in grado di soddisfare il desiderio di cibo zuccherino della futura mamma.<\/li><\/ol><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong>Vitamina K<\/strong>. Questa vitamina assicura il corretto funzionamento di un enzima che permette la sintesi di alcune proteine coinvolte nella coagulazione del sangue e favorisce la guarigione delle ferite. La vitamina K svolge un ruolo di primaria importanza per la salute dell\u2019apparato cardiocircolatorio, poich\u00e9 riduce il rischio di formazione di calcificazioni nei vasi sanguigni e della placca aterosclerotica (arteriosclerosi). Inoltre, mobilizzando il calcio dai vasi e dai tessuti molli verso le ossa, contribuisce a mantenere la salute dello scheletro. <strong>Un kiwi medio di circa 100 g contiene circa 40 \u00b5g di vitamina K.<\/strong> I livelli di vitamina K sono sempre pi\u00f9 importanti man mano che si avvicina la data del parto.<\/li><\/ol><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/jingold.do.devhoop.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/3-gravidanza.jpg\" \/><\/p><h2>Effetti collaterali del kiwi in gravidanza<\/h2><p>Se non si hanno mai avuto problemi con il kiwi prima della gravidanza, \u00e8 piuttosto sicuro continuare a goderne anche durante la gestazione. Raramente, per\u00f2, alcune donne possono sviluppare un&#8217;allergia al kiwi dopo averlo mangiato <em>(con comparsa di sensazione di prurito o orticaria)<\/em>. Questo avviene a causa di una reattivit\u00e0 crociata<em> (associazione di due o pi\u00f9 allergie)<\/em>; infatti, chi \u00e8 allergico al kiwi, \u00e8 molto probabile che abbia anche un&#8217;allergia ai pollini o al lattice.
