Kiwi da secoli amici dell\u2019uomo<\/h4><p>I benefici dei nutrienti dell\u2019<em>Actinidia deliciosa<\/em> erano gi\u00e0 conosciuti dalle popolazioni cinesi che abitavano nelle valli dello YangTze, il Fiume Azzurro, molti secoli fa. Non esisteva ancora la Scienza dell\u2019Alimentazione, ma i saggi cinesi nel XV secolo avevano gi\u00e0 capito le notevoli propriet\u00e0 salutari della pianta che oggi chiamiamo kiwi.<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/jingold.do.devhoop.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/compositOK.png\" \/><\/p><h4>2. Kiwi: pi\u00f9 della solita frutta<\/h4><p>Rispetto ad altri frutti, il <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jingold.it\/kiwi-verde\/\">kiwi green<\/a> <em>Jingold<\/em> ha caratteristiche uniche per la variet\u00e0 e la quantit\u00e0 dei nutrienti che contiene: vitamine, proteine, minerali, antiossidanti e fibre, inoltre apporta poco fruttosio (lo zucchero della frutta) e solo 44 calorie (kcal) per 100g. L\u2019olio di semi di kiwi, infatti, \u00e8 ricco di omega 3. Inoltre, sui semini (di frutta e verdura) si \u00e8 diffusa la credenza che possano peggiorare malattie intestinali come i diverticoli. Questa convinzione porta molte persone a rinunciare ai preziosi benefici di frutta e verdura ma, in realt\u00e0, i semini non fanno male, cos\u00ec come dimostra la ricerca scientifica.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong> Per quanto riguarda i micronutrienti:<\/p><ul><li>Il contenuto di fibre (solubili e insolubili) del kiwi \u00e8 pi\u00f9 alta che in molti altri frutti. La fibra \u00e8 suscettibile di fermentazione ed \u00e8 il precursore degli acidi grassi a catena corta, particolarmente benefici per la salute intestinale. La fibra del kiwi \u00e8 anche nota per le sue propriet\u00e0 prebiotiche, poich\u00e9 stimola la motilit\u00e0 intestinale, aumenta la saziet\u00e0, contribuisce a una migliore digestione e alla salute del microbiota intestinale.<\/li><li>Il kiwi \u00e8 una ricca fonte di vitamina C: 100 grammi di kiwi green<em> Jingold<\/em> apportano 85 mg di vitamina C, coprendo il 100%* del fabbisogno di un adulto. Come dimostra la tabella che segue, il kiwi \u00e8 il frutto che apporta maggiori quantit\u00e0 di questa importantissima vitamina tra quelli maggiormente consumati, come gli agrumi o le fragole contrariamente a quanto spesso si crede. Le sempre pi\u00f9 numerose ricerche su questo frutto hanno aumentato la consapevolezza sui benefici dei kiwi per la salute umana e fornito forti motivazioni per il loro regolare consumo come parte di una dieta equilibrata.<\/p><ol><li><strong>Attivit\u00e0 antiossidante<\/strong>: i kiwi sono ricchi di antiossidanti, sostanze che aiutano il nostro corpo a eliminare i radicali liberi, inoltre, riducono la perossidazione dei lipidi all&#8217;interno dell\u2019organismo, riducendo quindi lo stress ossidativo e contrastando l\u2019invecchiamento cellulare. In definitiva, questo pu\u00f2 proteggere il corpo da infiammazioni e malattie.<\/li><li><strong>Attivit\u00e0 antidiabetica<\/strong>: diversi studi hanno dimostrato che l\u2019estratto di kiwi \u00e8 in grado di inibire l&#8217;\u03b1-amilasi e \u03b1-glucosidasi, enzimi chiave dell\u2019assorbimento degli zuccheri alimentari. Inoltre, \u00e8 stata anche osservata una significativa azione di contrasto ai processi di glicazione proteica <em>(diminuzione dell\u2019emoglobina glicata)<\/em>.<\/li><li><strong>Attivit\u00e0 antinfiammatoria<\/strong>: grazie al contenuto di vitamine e polifenoli, il kiwi sostiene la corretta risposta di contrasto all\u2019attivit\u00e0 infiammatoria promossa dall\u2019LPS batterico<em> (un tipo di batterio)<\/em> e citochine proinfiammatorie <em>(che contribuiscono al processo di proliferazione di cellule coinvolte nei processi infiammatori e immunitari dell&#8217;organismo)<\/em>.<\/li><li><strong>Attivit\u00e0 anticolinergica<\/strong>: i flavonoli, gli acidi fenolici e gli antociani del kiwi sono in grado di inibire gli enzimi acetilcolinesterasi, suggerendo che l&#8217;assunzione di kiwi pu\u00f2 essere importante nella protezione contro lo stress ossidativo tipicamente presente nelle malattie neurodegenerative.<\/li><li><strong>Salute della pelle<\/strong>: alcuni studi hanno dimostrato che l\u2019estratto di kiwi contrasta la dermatite in base alla significativa riduzione della gravit\u00e0 della dermatite, dello spessore epidermico, dell&#8217;infiltrazione e degranulazione dei mastociti nel derma.<\/li><li><strong>Protezione cardiovascolare<\/strong>: un consumo regolare di kiwi aiuta a mantenere una pressione sanguigna corretta, riducendo il rischio di ictus e malattie cardiache. La fibra apportata dal consumo di due kiwi al giorno aiuta a ridurre i fattori di rischio per le malattie cardiache, abbassando il colesterolo cattivo (LDL).<\/li><li><strong>Microbiota corretto<\/strong>: mangiare abitualmente kiwi contribuisce al mantenimento di un corretto ecosistema microbico intestinale <em>(o microbiota)<\/em>, favorendo il trofismo dei batteri benefici nel colon<em> (Bifidobacterium spp. e Bacteroides spp.)<\/em>, aumentando la loro abbondanza, cos\u00ec come la produzione di acidi grassi a corta catena, protettivi per le cellule intestinali. Le pectine contenute nella fibra del kiwi hanno dimostrato un\u2019azione prebiotica.<\/li><li><strong>Contrasto alla stipsi<\/strong>: il kiwi contiene elevate quantit\u00e0 di fibre alimentari. La fibra pu\u00f2 aiutare a ridurre la stitichezza e una variet\u00e0 di altri problemi e disagi gastrointestinali. Sono noti soprattutto i benefici dei kiwi a colazione: mangiare due kiwi subito dopo il digiuno notturno pu\u00f2 aiutare il transito intestinale.<\/li><li><strong>Trattamento dell&#8217;asma<\/strong>: l&#8217;abbondanza di vitamina C nei kiwi \u00e8 stata collegata alla riduzione dei sintomi di respiro sibilante in alcuni pazienti asmatici. Ci\u00f2 \u00e8 particolarmente vero per i bambini, che sembrano trarre i maggiori benefici dal consumo di kiwi.<\/li><li><strong>Salute degli occhi<\/strong>: se consumati con altra frutta e verdura sana e ricca di vitamine e minerali, gli alti livelli di vitamine antiossidanti e carotenoidi presenti nel kiwi possono aiutare a prevenire le malattie degli occhi e promuovere la salute oculare generale.<\/li><li><strong>Rimedio antifatica<\/strong>: come tutti i frutti, anche il kiwi contiene zuccheri, fondamentali per una buona performance fisica.
